Hello, I’m Artem.

I was born in Russia and moved to North Carolina when I was very young. After that, I moved to California. I went to University of California, Santa Cruz, and I majored in History because it was one of the only subjects at the time that fascinated me. I wrote a paper on D.B. Cooper and how the F.B.I. was the culprit behind him having his successful heist.

I have a wiener dog named Dax, after Jadzia Dax from Star Trek Deep Space Nine. I love Sci-Fi and Fantasy, and I love to play games and be on the computer in general. I believe that games hold a lot of information about user values and expectancy, and utilizing that knowledge with the correct mindset is lacking in today’s industry.

After experimenting with building websites and apps, as well as having a prolonged exposure and job experience in the NFT Industry during the height of the craze, I stumbled upon UX Design and Research and was completely blown away by such a field existing. I always want to create new solutions for problems that people face on an every day basis. I truly wish to improve the experience of the user for anything they might encounter.

At the end of the day, the user is ourselves.
